New Zealand Diploma in Information Technology
(Technical Support) Level 5

Duration: One year of full-time study, which totals 120 NZQA credits at level 5.

International Tuition Fee: NZ$19,000/year (2 semesters)



Minimum requirements include a high school diploma, followed by an online interview. Alternatively, preferred qualifications consist of one year of tertiary study in IT or one year of relevant industry work experience.


An overall IELTS band of 6.0, a PTE overall score of 50, or a TOEFL IBT overall score of 60 with a minimum of 18 in writing.


Our Diploma in Information Technology - Technical Support is ideal for those passionate about customer service and with a good grasp of computer hardware and software. This intensive one-year program combines hands-on training with thorough theoretical learning to prepare you for Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support roles.
